Having internet issues.
Depending on how well my internet stays connected, it will determine whether I can get on the live. Been having this issue for over a month. And nothing can be done other than wait since the tower close to my home is being worked on.😔

L2 S2. 3 min before and after breath work plus another 2 min earlier today. Things feel pretty good and feel I am getting better at hip rotations but cannot for the life of me do them without putting more weight on the opposite side still on the floor. Should I keep doing S3 until the hip rotations are stronger? I feel the other moves are pretty good overall and honestly I am shocked at the HH to squat to beast. Couldn’t do a ton of them mind you but they seem really good overall. Remember when I couldn’t get the HH! :P.

L2 S3. Yahooooo!!!! I made it to session 3! Foam rolling abductors was a very rude awakening. Left side 8/10, right side 9! C shape with left arm up tweaks my right side lower back. Move up body, feel it mid core section. Hip circles make my lower back stiffness very apparent. Bird dog seems pretty decent. Pull aparts, feel those in sides of shoulder esp the right side but and feel the blades over the ribs..pretty cool. Bear walks are solid going backwards but forward my co-ordination is off.
🚀 New This Week: The Comeback Kickstart – Day 1 Live!
One thing I've noticed is that many people join the community because of The Comeback Kickstart... but like most of us, they plan to "start later." The problem is that getting started is often the hardest part. So, I'm trying something new and everybody is welcome. This Monday (June 29th) at 1:00pm PT, I'm hosting our first The Comeback Kickstart: Day 1 Live session. We'll go through Day 1 together, then I'll stay afterwards to answer questions, explain the key concepts, and help you get the most out of the Kickstart. The goal isn't to finish all five days. I'm excited to introduce a new opportunity for us to connect, learn, and support each other inside the community. Starting this Saturday, June 13th at 12:00pm PT, I'll be hosting a Live Coaching Call open to all members. This is not a movement class. Instead, think of it as a place to bring: ✅ Questions about your training ✅ Form checks and movement feedback ✅ Challenges you're working through ✅ Exercise modifications ✅ Guidance on where to focus next ✅ Anything movement-related you'd like help with My goal is to make these calls a regular part of the community and rotate the days and times so members from different schedules and time zones have the opportunity to join. 🌍 Checking In from the South of Portugal
Hola Movers, Since tomorrow will be a travel day for me, I wanted to check in a little early this week. I've had a wonderful time here with family — plenty of beach walks, hikes, good food, and time to disconnect, recharge, and simply be present. One thing this trip reminded me of is how important it is to stay capable and prepared. Not just for training. But for life. Being able to walk for hours, explore new places, climb hills, get up and down from the ground, carry bags, play, and say "yes" to adventures without your body constantly holding you back is one of the biggest reasons we train. That's what training is really about. 👣 JUNE SESSIONS CHALLENGE If you haven't done it yet, please update your June Sessions Challenge with any sessions you've completed this week. 🏆 WINS OF THE WEEK I'd also love to hear about your wins. Big or small. A completed session.A new movement.More consistency.Less stiffness.A personal discovery. They all count and deserve to be recognized — both for yourself and for the community as a whole. 📅 LOOKING AHEAD Take a few minutes to plan your next week. Aim for 3 sessions if possible. The south of Portugal!!!!!! OMGOODNESS! I had NO idea you were leaving the US. So cool Rodrigo and so happy for you to be able to have this time with family and visit the homeland. It looks simply stunning there!!!!! Safe trip home. :).
