☀️ JUNE SESSIONS CHALLENGE ☀️
New month. Fresh start. Another opportunity to build momentum. And if you've been meaning to get started, June is the perfect time. Remember: This challenge is not about perfection. It's not about training every day. It's about showing up consistently and stacking small wins. Because consistency is what creates results. A good program helps.A coach helps.A supportive community helps. But consistency is still the ingredient that creates long-term change. 🎯 YOUR TARGET FOR JUNE 👉 Complete 12 sessions this month (about 3 per week) 👉 Let's see how many total sessions we can accumulate together as a community Every session counts. 📊 BEFORE YOU START JUNE... Please take a couple of minutes to: ✅ Update your May Sessions Challenge with any sessions you still need to log ✅ Add your May total to the Annual Sessions Challenge Let's keep building month after month 👊 📌 HOW TO TRACK YOUR JUNE SESSIONS After your first session, leave one comment below: Session #1 – [session name] – [short reflection] Then simply reply to your own comment after each session: Session #2Session #3Session #4... Simple and easy. This also gives me a place to support you, answer questions, and help keep you accountable. 🤝 WANT AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER? Comment: "Partner me up!" and I'll help connect members who want some extra accountability this month. 👣 NEW HERE? This is the perfect time to get started. Whether you're working through The Reset, The Comeback Foundations, Integration, Capacity, Performance, or simply getting back into a routine, the goal is the same: Show up. One session at a time. Let's make June a month of momentum. Who's in? 👇

Session 14: (June 25) Sorry I didn't make it to the live class as intended! We were out very late last night (seeing Macbeth at Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival) and I just couldn't get up in time! To make up, I did Level 5, Session 2, this afternoon. For side planks I have to do a modified version, leaning against a wall. I couldn't get the movement from tripod lift to half kneeling hinge – I was just falling all over 🤣! I need to follow that in a live class at some point to get feedback what I'm doing wrong.

🌞 Sunday Check-In
Hola Movers! I hope you're having a great weekend. Another week is behind us, and another opportunity is here to keep building momentum. Remember, this isn't about being perfect. It's about continuing to show up and stacking small wins over time. A few quality sessions each week can make a huge difference when done consistently. 🔥 Plan Your Week Take a minute today to look at your calendar and decide when your sessions will happen this week. Aim for three sessions if possible, and if life gets busy, a few Barefoot Breaks are always better than doing nothing at all. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge If you haven't updated your June Sessions Challenge recently, take a moment to do that this week. Every session counts, and it's been great seeing the consistency many of you are building. 🌱 New Members If you joined recently, I'd encourage you to make these two resources your priority this week: 👣 The Movement Foundations Class 👣 The Movement Foundations Assessment The class will help you understand the foundations we focus on inside this community, and the assessment will give you a much clearer picture of where your body is right now and where to focus first. 🎥 Live Classes Our live classes are back on the regular schedule this week. The live sessions are included for Premium and VIP members, but if you're new and would like to join Tuesday's Foundations session, let me know in the comments below and I'll share the link with you. Tuesday is our Foundations class, making it a great place to get started, experience a live session, ask questions, and receive coaching. 💬 Check In Below 👇 How many sessions did you complete this past week? 👇 What days are you planning to train this coming week? 👇 Any wins, discoveries, challenges, or questions you'd like to share? Have a great week everyone!

Last week was pretty good. I made it to both the Tuesday and Thursday live lessons, plus my pre-run routine on three days. But for next week I want to get back to the Level 5 classes, probably on Monday, catch the live lesson on Thursday, and probably run on Tuesday and Friday. Somewhere during the week I will try to run barefoot a little bit in the nearby cemetery!
🗓️ Annual Sessions Challenge
This is our Annual Sessions Challenge — a simple way to track your consistency, notice progress, and reflect on how your movement practice evolves over the year. Everyone is encouraged to join, no matter when you started. 👉 How this works - Leave ONE comment below to start your personal thread. - In that comment, post the total number of sessions you completed in your first month. - Each month after that, reply to your original comment with: Keeping everything in one thread makes it easy to look back and see your consistency build over time. 💬 What to share (optional, but encouraged) Along with your session count, feel free to add: - Wins (big or small) - What’s feeling better or different - Challenges you’re navigating - Questions or observations You’re also encouraged to like and comment on other people’s threads — that support and interaction goes a long way in keeping everyone motivated. A quick reminder This isn’t about perfection or comparing numbers. It’s about: - Showing up - Building the habit - Tracking what you’re actually doing over time Consistency compounds — and this thread helps make that visible. 👇 Go ahead and start your thread below with the total sessions from your first month. Let’s build this year together. 👣

April - only 12 sessions. Due to other responsibilities that demanded a lot of my time, April was not a good month. I don't think I lost ground, but I definitely did not make new progress. Anyway I'm resetting for May, already off to a better start. I'm going back through the Level 4 sessions and then I will try to spend most of the month on Level 5. I aim to catch one live session each week, not necessarily both. Unfortunately the special Saturday sessions still conflict with my drumming class. But I can try to do them as replays where available.

May - 17 sessions, which is getting back to more consistency compared to April. Many of these were my pre-run routine, which does cover a lot of the basics. But to make progress I want to include more challenging movements and more of the Comeback lessons. In May I stuck to Level 4; for June my goal is to work through Level 5.
