Pick the version that works best for you: 🏋️‍♂️ With Weights (3 Rounds) • Goblet Squats x 12 • Dumbbell Rows x 10 each arm • Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 10 🏠 No Equipment (3 Rounds) • Bodyweight Squats x 20 • Push-Ups x 10–15 • Plank Hold x 30–45 seconds 🔥 Bonus Finisher 1 minute each: • Jumping Jacks • Mountain Climbers • High Knees Remember: Consistency beats perfection.
