One thing I believe in as a coach: never ask your students to do something you’re not willing to do yourself.
Before coaching a full boxing class tonight, I made sure to get my own workout in first. 💪
Train. Coach. Repeat.
It’s easy to talk about discipline, consistency, and hard work. It’s harder to live it every day. But that’s where growth happens.
