8. BONUS SECTION: CONSULTATION SCRIPT
Use this “guide” consultations instead of just quoting.
--Intro Script:
“Thank you so much for reaching out! Before we jump into pricing, I just want to learn a little about your event — that way I can make the best recommendations for your setup.”
--During Call Script:
“Here’s how my pricing works — my garlands start at $150 for 6 ft and scale up from there depending on the design and setup. Would you like me to show you what’s included in each package?”
--Closing Script:
“I’d love to reserve your date while we finalize the details. I can send over your quote and deposit link right after our call. Does that sound good?”
