I’m Stefanie Jillian, a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Yoga Therapy and Integral Health. My work focuses on supporting women through life transitions, especially menstrual health, menopause, perimenopause, and hormonal mood changes; using a holistic, biopsychosocial approach.
In this space, I combine yoga therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and chakra-based practices to help you better understand your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded and supported throughout your journey.
