PCOS has officially been renamed PMOS: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. This name better reflects what many of us already knew: this condition is not just about ovarian cysts. It can involve hormones, metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, mood, stress, cycle changes, and the nervous system. That is why the Menstrual Mood Management through the Chakras videos can be supportive for people navigating PMOS/PCOS symptoms. Inside the program, we explore cycle awareness, mood tracking, nervous system regulation, chakra-based reflection, yoga therapy tools, journaling, and body-based practices to help you better understand your patterns. This is not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, nutrition support, or medication when needed. It is an integrative support system to help you feel more educated, aware, and connected to your body. Your symptoms are information. Your body deserves support.

Many women are told their only options for PMDD are birth control, SSRIs, or other medications and that holistic care is “too expensive.” But is that really true? I’ve heard from women who want to try holistic care but are often left with more questions than answers, I know personally how it can feel like we’re left without safe choices. 🌙 In this space, I’d love to start a conversation: - Have you been offered only SSRIs or birth control? - What holistic or natural approaches have you tried (and were they accessible)? - What questions do you still have about integrative options? ✨ Let’s share knowledge, experiences, and resources so women don’t feel forced into treatments that don’t align with their values.
