Most players think they lose control in fast moments. That’s not true. If you don’t handle the slow moments, you’ll rush the fast ones. Tennis is not constant speed. It’s slow → fast → slow. In a 1h30 match, you probably play around 15–20 minutes. The rest is between points. That’s where the game really happens. Try this: After you hit, don’t stay rushed As the ball travels, slow down internally Use the bounce to reset Then accelerate into your next shot Test it for 10 minutes. Come back and tell me: Did you feel more in control or still rushed?
