That’s not true.
If you don’t handle the slow moments,
you’ll rush the fast ones.
Tennis is not constant speed.
It’s slow → fast → slow.
In a 1h30 match, you probably play around 15–20 minutes.
The rest is between points.
That’s where the game really happens.
Try this:
After you hit, don’t stay rushed
As the ball travels, slow down internally
Use the bounce to reset
Then accelerate into your next shot
Test it for 10 minutes.
