A little apology for being a little quieter than usual over the last few days.
Many of you here in the UK will have heard about the heartbreaking news involving a mum and her two daughters. Like many people, it has been deeply affecting, and over the past few days I've been supporting a number of former clients who have found it particularly difficult. It has also been a gentle reminder of just how precious life is. So, whatever you have planned this weekend, I hope you'll be kind to yourself. Spend time with the people who matter to you. Take a walk, laugh, rest, enjoy a coffee in the sunshine, or simply give yourself permission to slow down. Life can change in ways we never expect, which is why the ordinary moments matter so much. Take good care of yourselves this weekend. 💛
