I am still working on optimizing my protein intake to eliminate meat consumption entirely. My current dietary regimen consists solely of grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture-raised poultry. I firmly believe that these are the only acceptable sources of protein. For instance, a grass-fed and finished hamburger topped with Muenster cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper is a delectable choice. The buns are generously topped with romaine lettuce, mustard, and lime mayo, served on a gluten-free Udi’s bun. To complement the meal, I enjoy a side of sweet potato fries, which are fried in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with lime pepper and dill burger pickles. This combination is truly exceptional.
