Hello There
Hey guys, I’m Robert. I met Dom through gymnastics. I feel like I’ve been a decently active person throughout my life, but really started taking it seriously a couple years ago. Right now, I feel the strongest and healthiest I’ve been and I’m looking to maintain that momentum. I try to hit a full body workout five times a week mixed in with lots of walking. At this time I’d really like to focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility.
