Doing lots of stuff!
I’ve been mixing some fun workouts in with weightlifting which has been great. Tried aerial silks last week and really enjoyed it! Im still struggling to hit my protein. It feels like so much work to prep enough… I was in the meal prep groove a few months ago so I gotta find that again
