"Man Vs Food!"
What's it got to do with Duplex Build 2 Rent?

LONG time ago there was this show. One time they had a competition.
BIG DUDE vs SKINNY DUDE
to see who could finish first or eat the most of this GIGANTIC HAMBURGER.
Looked like the odds were against the SKINNY guy.
DING! DING! DING!
They rang the bell to start the competition.
Big dude: Dove right in to eat!
SKINNY dude spent the first like 10 minutes cutting the burger into small edible portions! What?!! Then he put ALL of the food behind him and he had someone hand him piece by piece. This way he could only "see" what he had to eat at that moment.
The GRUELING competition continued and as I'm sure you've guessed, the SKINNY DUDE was the VICTOR!
So... Don't be overwhelmed by the building process... it is a GIANT BURGER of sorts.
Take small bite-sized chunks that you can understand, digest it and move on.
There's no other way.
Find lots. Make offers.
