How do I get the money for the project?!
Where do I find these PRIVATE LENDER people?!
Why would they lend to me?!
What do I tell them?! How do I even start the convo?!
I've personally raised a good $10MM in capital in my 8 yr career so far. Brant Phillips, is one of the guys I learned from. He is kicking off a class 28-29 March 2025 in Houston and I was planning on attending.
