anyone using UserGems and Salesforce combined with an outreach platform?

Hey 👋 I'm looking for ways to automate and personalize certain sequences. At Deel, we use Outreach for this purpose. The challenge arises when I want to include various touchpoints like calls, messages, LinkedIn, videos, WhatsApp, etc. When this is scaled, it feels like an endless task. Have you experienced the same issue?
