Hey ladies! How are y’all doing? The holidays are upon us. How are you going to spend it in a holistic way? Here’s some suggestions for you: - Make a budget on how much you’re going spend on food, beverages, presents, and activities. - Make time for rest every single day. Even if it’s only for 5 to 10 minutes. - Schedule time with family and friends as much as you can. - Pause every day and reflect on the goodness of this year. Even if it’s been challenging, find something to be grateful for. Add some of your own to the group.

Declutter TODAY, but just one thing
Yesterday I got charged for a video editing software, twice. For whatever reason, they broke up the payments into two separate charges, making it much more than what I originally thought I was paying for the service. I went back into my PayPal and noticed that the charges increased every month and I wasn’t sure why so I canceled it. Plus, I found out that another service I already have has increased their video editing capabilities that will work similarly if not slightly better than the one I had recently subscribed to. When I was in my PayPal account, I noticed several other reoccurring subscriptions that I no longer need or want so I canceled them, too. And I also made sure that other old accounts would not accidentally draw so I canceled my PayPal connection to their businesses. It took about an hour to run through this process but I felt relief, realigned, and ready for what is to come. This was a form of decluttering and gaining my power back. It’s also a form of awareness to show the universe that I have closed a money leak. What are you going to declutter today?

Earlier this fall I felt a bit off and needed help with reprogramming my mind and thoughts. AI helped me map out everything after I share my thoughts and ideas. I mentioned a few books I was reading and wanted to know more about mirror work. It gave me a 30 day plan with weekly sessions to keep me focused and motivated and daily routines to keep me on track. Here’s how I use it - SETUP: • Stand in front of mirror • Look yourself in eyes • Will feel awkward - that's normal THE PRACTICE: • Say affirmation while looking in your eyes • Repeat until you feel EMOTION - tears, warmth, tingling • That emotion programs the subconscious • Repetition without feeling is just words • Aim for 15-30 minutes You're not trying to believe it yet. You're impressing it on subconscious with repetition and feeling. Belief follows. Try it and let me know how it goes.

Digital Detox
I took 30 hours to be offline and rest. That means: No TV No phone No radio No GPS No emails No social media No computers I slept, read, journaled, prayed, meditated, and went to the beach to watch the waves.
