When was the last time you truly rested?

Last night I was texting with my former best friends from high school and one has scrapbooks and albums of us from back in the day. She shared photos of us being daring and bold. We were excited about life and had fun everyday. I had forgotten about some of the events and most importantly, I had forgotten about who I was. Life has a way of making us fearful, jaded, apprehensive, and complacent. Seeing myself in some of these moments makes me want take bolder steps again. When you come to tonight’s book discussion, let’s talk about the fear that holds us back and what we really want to do that we have been too scared to do. See you at 8 pm EST.
