Here’s how I use it -
SETUP:
• Stand in front of mirror
• Look yourself in eyes
• Will feel awkward - that's normal
THE PRACTICE:
• Say affirmation while looking in your eyes
• Repeat until you feel EMOTION - tears, warmth, tingling
• That emotion programs the subconscious
• Repetition without feeling is just words
• Aim for 15-30 minutes
You're not trying to believe it yet. You're impressing it on subconscious with repetition and feeling. Belief follows.
