Wins This Week
Hey everyone, just wanted to send out little message. I hope everyone had a excellent week and made some quality sales. I was swamped with school work this week and only made it to the junkyard 1 time and could only stay for about 3 hours. However this let me focus on pulling just the highest quality parts. I ended up snagging a bunch of parts off a older 4Runner and 2 sets of 2010 Mercury Milan tail lights which I sold both on facebook marketplace for 500 ish profit.

Any Sellers Here Growing Their Store Fast?
I’m curious to learn how other eCommerce sellers are boosting sales in 2025. My main struggle is getting more consistent buyers — traffic is there, but conversions are slow. What strategies are you using to scale your store?
Introduce Yourself
Hey guy, excited I found y'all to learn from! I’m located in Central Texas area Been selling on EBay over 15 years, started part time reselling, went full time for a couple years, back to part time. Now looking to ramp it back up and came across this idea of flipping car parts. Excited to dive in and test it out!

Returns/Refunds.
How does everyone deal with returns? The sales on eBay have been growing every week and was going great. Then two weeks ago I got beaten up with returns due to eBay's new return policy. Now buyers buy the part just to trouble shoot their car issues and return it at my cost when it doesn't fix the issue. I changed tactics a bit and stay away from some parts now because of it, but sticking only to trim and plastics isn't going to cut it. Where else do you sell besides eBay?
