This is where you find people to work with.
The idea is simple: developers should be able to find founders, founders should be able to find co-founders or technical partners, people hiring should be able to tap into this community, and people looking for work should be visible to the right folks.

Who posts here:
- Developers looking for entrepreneurs or founders to team up with
- Founders or entrepreneurs looking for technical or business partners
- People who are hiring and want someone from this community
- People who are open to work
- Anyone building a project, product, or startup and needs the right person
- Anyone who wants to collaborate directly with me
How to post:
Be clear about what you bring and what you need. If you're a developer, say what you build. If you're a founder, say what stage you're at and what gap you're trying to fill.
Mention what the working relationship looks like — is it a one-time project, something ongoing, a co-founder situation, revenue share, equity, paid work? The more specific you are, the easier it is for the right person to reach out.
What doesn't belong here:
Promo posts disguised as partnerships.
Vague "I'm open to opportunities" posts with no context. Anything where you're really just trying to find clients. That's not collaboration — that's selling, and it clogs the feed for everyone else.
