Even though it’s a 4-Contract strategy you will only be required to use 1-Buyers Irrevocable Instructions. The other 3 contracts simply will cover you and secure your marketing rights to share property details and making sure you have buyers acknowledgements that they agree to notify title that a portion of their funds will cover your “acquisitions fee”. Not an assignment fee.
