It's a NEW WEEK, A NEW MONTH and a FULL MOON WEEK!
What are your top 3 targets this week? Sometimes I find having something to hold me accountable helps me stick to my plan... I actually have a great little sign on my desk (see the attached picture) that reminds me lol!
So, let's help keep each other accountable this week!
Here are my 3 Targets:
  1. Journal/post everyday
  2. Drink at least 1 litre of water a day
  3. Move my body once a day, even if its just a 15 min stretch!
