@Abby Miller That’s such a great question — and honestly, I love your approach. For me, if things don’t go as planned, I try not to spiral into “all or nothing” mode anymore. I remind myself that progress isn’t always linear — sometimes it’s about showing up even when the day doesn’t go perfectly. My bounceback is usually taking a step back, reflecting on why things went off track, and then getting right back to structure the next day — meals, movement, mindset. I’ve learned that one off day doesn’t define me; consistency does.
