Welcome!
Hello and Welcome! 💛 I am truly honored to introduce you to AUTdacity 2 Learn, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to empower educators, uplift neurodiverse families, and build stronger, more compassionate communities through learning, advocacy, and support. For those who don’t know me, my name is Minister Shardohn Mari McClendon, Ed.S—but please feel free to call me Ms. Mari (pronounced Mary). It is both a blessing and a calling to serve as the CEO and Founder of AUTdacity 2 Learn. AUTdacity 2 Learn was born from a life-changing, trauma-informed experience on March 9th, 2023. On that day, I was injured while running after my autistic student to protect him from being hit by a car. What followed was more than physical pain—it became a journey through chronic nerve challenges and systems that did not fully support my healing—physically, emotionally, or mentally. But in that moment, I made a decision: I would turn pain into purpose. And that purpose became AUTdacity 2 Learn. 🌱 A2L is a Community Rooted in Purpose! AUTdacity 2 Learn is more than an organization—it is a safe, nurturing, and empowering community grounded in healing, advocacy, and transformation. My personal pledge to you as a member: ✨ You will receive a holistic learning experience—not recycled or surface-level content. ✨ As an Educational Specialist and doctoral candidate, I am committed to ensuring this space offers depth, authenticity, and real impact—not more of the same. Some membership tiers include premium access to asynchronous professional development modules that provide recertification points—because your growth and sustainability matter. 💬 Let’s Talk About Teacher Matters! This is a space for transparency, healing, and necessary conversations regarding: - Educator burnout - Workplace stress - Work-life balance - Self-advocacy 🍎 Membership Perks for Educators - Meaningful professional development and growth opportunities - Practical strategies for self-care, resilience, and balance - Weekly coaching and connection calls - A supportive network that understands the journey because teachers deserve a space where their voices are heard and experiences are validated.

It Takes a Village 💫💫💫
Some victories don’t make headlines… but they change lives forever. ❤️ Every step, every stretch, every moment of choosing not to quit matters. Healing is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like showing up when your body is tired, your mind is overwhelmed, and your journey feels unseen. But growth is happening anyway. This season of my life has taught me that resilience is built one courageous decision at a time. I’m learning to celebrate progress over perfection and strength over speed. What may look small to others can feel monumental to the person fighting to reclaim their mobility, confidence, and independence. To anyone walking through recovery, rebuilding, or rediscovering themselves — keep going. Your breakthrough is being built in the quiet moments nobody applauds. The comeback is always stronger because of the courage it took to survive the process. 💪🏾✨ #HealingJourney #FaithOverFear #Resilience #ProgressNotPerfection #KeepGoing #Motivation #RecoveryJourney #StrengthWithin #PurposeDriven #InspirationDaily #CourageousLiving #DisabilityAwareness #MobilityJourney #HealingInProgress #MindsetMatters #WomenWhoLead #CommunityImpact #AudacityToLearn #A2L #TransformationalJourney

Calling all Educators and Exceptional Families
I remember taking this picture right after being yelled at by an administrator over something minor. I smiled through the moment because I refused to break down in front of my students. But internally, I kept asking myself: How can educators be expected to lead with emotional intelligence when they are constantly navigating emotionally unsafe environments themselves? 😞 At the time, I was teaching lessons on advocacy, self-awareness, and resilience while trying to survive in a workplace that lacked those very qualities. And although my students had disabilities, many of them carried incredible emotional depth, empathy, and awareness. They could feel the tension even when adults tried to hide it. Educators cannot pour into students effectively while constantly operating in survival mode. At AUTdacity 2 Learn, we believe supporting teachers’ mental and emotional wellness is not optional—it is essential. ❤️ If you are an educator working in a toxic environment and need real tools, strategies, and community support, comment “SKOOL” below to get the link for my Skool Community where we will learn strategies help educators receive the support they need to recharge, rebuild and restore your capacity to thrive 👇🏽 because teachers matter too. #TeachersMatterToo ❤️

Calling all Educators and Exceptional Families
Finishing strong 💪🏾
My accident caused major nerve damage, and the chronic pain has been ongoing ever since… HOWEVER, I made a decision: I will not allow pain to stop my purpose. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏾 My doctor asked me a powerful question: “Which side of pain do you want to choose?” Would I push through the pain with surgery or without it? My answer was clear: I choose to push through each day until total recovery. 🙏🏾‼️ If Jesus Christ could endure pain and make the ultimate sacrifice with purpose, love, and faith… then I can keep showing up daily to walk in my divine purpose too. ✨ That journey is exactly why I created AUTdacity 2 Learn (A2L) — a supportive holistic community for educators, neurodiverse families, and advocates who are healing, learning, growing, and rebuilding together. This is more than a community. It’s a safe space for: ✨ Healing ✨ Wellness ✨ Social-emotional growth ✨ Support for educators & exceptional families ✨ Purpose-driven connection If you’ve been searching for a community that understands both the challenges and the calling, I invite you to join us. 💻 Join the A2L SKOOL Community today: https://www.skool.com/@shardohn-mcclendon-2301?g=autdacity-2-learn-4901 🎉 Joining is FREE at this time! Plant the Seed🌿🌿🌿
Dear Family ❤️ Remember the heart of a teacher is not only found in the lessons they teach, but in the patience they carry while planting seeds they may never immediately see grow. 🌱❤️ Every encouraging word, every moment of redirection, every ounce of grace, compassion, and consistency matters more than you know. Teaching is a daily cultivation process. It requires showing up over and over again, watering minds and hearts even when growth is not yet visible. Sometimes as educators, caregivers, and leaders, we question whether what we are doing is truly making a difference. But the reality is this: many of the seeds we plant in our classrooms bloom years later. The confidence you spoke into a struggling learner… the safe space you created… the belief you carried for a child before they could believe in themselves — those moments become part of the foundation that shapes their future. You may never fully witness the impact in real time, but your work is instrumental. Your consistency matters. Your patience matters. Your presence matters. Transformation does not happen overnight. Growth happens through nurturing, repetition, and intentional care. The work educators do behind the scenes plays a key role in the changes we hope to see in our students and communities. To every teacher, mentor, advocate, and servant leader: thank you for continuing to plant seeds despite the storms, despite the exhaustion, and despite not always seeing immediate results. The harvest is still coming. 🌾✨ #AUTdacity2Learn #A2L #EducatorSupport #Neurodiversity #SpecialEducation #TraumaInformedEducation #TeacherLife #ServantLeadership #EducationMatters #CommunityImpact #InclusiveEducation #NonprofitLeadership #PlantingSeeds #GrowthMindset #EmpoweredEducators #HealingThroughEducation #PurposeDriven #ChangingLives In Good Health, Min.
