Have you ever completed a vision and values statement?
Was it helpful?
How did you communicate your vision and values?
If you used them for external communications you wasted your time.
They are for internal use only.
WHY?
Because no-one else cares.
But have you ever considered your ideal customer's vision and value statement?
What is their problem, why are you best placed to solve it?
What do they value?
How do you provide that value?
That's what you should be communicating externally.
