Great Limerick Run Strength Sessions
Hi everyone! 👋 For those I haven’t met on the gym floor yet, my name is Gianni. I’m a long-distance runner from Malta 🇲🇹 and the new Endurance Performance coach at ATLAS. With the Great Limerick Run exactly 12 weeks away, the countdown has officially begun! Whether you’re chasing a PB or eyeing up your first marathon, now is a fantastic time to start building the foundation that will get you to the finish line feeling strong. To help you smash your goals, we are launching our specialised Road to GLR Performance Project, featuring in-person Distance running specific S&C sessions and remote running coaching options designed for runners of all levels looking to do the 6 mile, half marathon or Marathon on the 3rd of May. These aren’t the generic fitness, HYROX, or CrossFit-style classes you’ll find in other gyms. These sessions are highly technical and designed specifically for distance running; we focus on activating the right muscles, co-ordination and increasing your body's capacity to handle mileage. The goal is simple: to make you a more efficient runner who can build mileage while minimising setbacks. I want to show you exactly how our programming works, so this Thursday 12th February I’m hosting three FREE 1-hour taster sessions for you to choose from. So come along, bring a friend, and see how we can help you bridge the gap between your gym work and your running work. 📅 Thursday, February 12th ⏰ Times: - Morning: 9:15-10:15 AM - Lunch: 12:45-1:45 PM or - Evening: 8:00-9:00 PM Spaces for these tasters are limited to 8 participants so we can keep the groups small and focused.
