Happy New Year, everyone! We are officially open and back to normal hours as of today. I'm aiming to share these weekly updates every Monday morning to keep everyone in the loop on what's happening at Atlas High Performance. Here is the rundown for this week: Booking & Tech: - LegitFit App: Group sessions, classes, and open gym slots must now be booked through the app. - Memberships: Check the "My Products" section in the app. If you had an active membership before Christmas, it has been migrated over (at least to the best of my knowledge, if not, please let me know) New Features: - Performance Reports: We have upgraded our reports to better track long-term trends (sprint times, jump scores, RSI, etc.) and show clearer progress over time. Expect the next round of assessments towards the end of January. - Nutrition Course: I am finalising the last voiceover this week. The full course will be uploaded to Skool (for free!) by next Monday. Meet the New Team: We have a full squad this year to help support everyone: - Eoghan: Lead S&C Coach (and second-in-command for evenings). - Eve: Sport Science Lead (assessments, data & Clare Ladies S&C). - Gianni: Endurance Specialist (leading morning Small Group PT & new endurance programs). - Sarah: Marketing & Coaching (helping us spread the word and support sessions).
