So i ran 3 miles sunday and went to instagram found some boxers kinda close that go to another gym i asked if they would mind boxing a newbie for experience and we met up same second, these are the rounds im very disappointed in my ability to throw shots back after defending idk couldn’t find range but first time actually slipping and dodging/ blocking punches was soo cool gotta learn how to absorb impact and move lateral so i dont give up the close range i fight for and gotta use my jab alottttt more
