Welcome to Day 1 of th OS 7 day Reset
Let's see who's actually doing this! You're part of the first group to run through the AIQ OS 7-Day Reset on this platform. That means two things: you get the program, and you help us figure out how to run it better. Fair trade. Day 1 is simple. 10 minutes of outdoor light within the first hour of waking up. No sunglasses. No scrolling from a window. Outside. Light on your face. That's it. The science behind it is straightforward — morning light anchors your circadian clock, which means better energy during the day and better sleep at night. Everything we do this week builds off a nervous system that's actually calibrated. This is how we calibrate it. Drop a reply below: Did you get outside this morning?
