My name is Jeff, and I have been fascinated by, and working in the fitness world, for three decades. As a personal trainer, former CrossFit gym owner, and just someone immensely curious about fitness and movement, I created Athletic Expression to inform and inspire others to move with intention, live strong, be connected, and express the best version of themselves.
