Completed Day 1 - Moving on to plan
I am utilizing the setup a bit differently. I have a human coach. The goal is not for the AI to replace my coach. While I would still like the setup to build a plan, the main intent is for the AI to enhance what my coach is giving me, analyze my performance, and cross-check her prescriptions. I'd like the AI to verify the volume, intensity, and progression, as well as provide recommendations for optimizing my training and performance.
With that, should I still create the plan as outlined on Day 2? If not, what modifications should I make or what other skills should I consider?
