Urgent Help Needed – Calendar Synchronization and Chat Malfunction

Hello community,I urgently need help. Since yesterday (and even the day before), I’ve been experiencing major issues with the system:

After the first 3–4 messages in the chat, responses suddenly stop.
When scheduling appointments (especially in December), replies can take up to 10 minutes – and then the response appears twice.
The calendar is not syncing properly. I keep getting the message: “This appointment is no longer available,” even though all connections are correctly configured.

I’ve already checked all settings and tried various solutions – unfortunately without success. This issue is severely affecting my business, and I’m already losing customers because of it.

Please, I urgently need help from someone experienced. I don’t want to keep disappointing my clients.
