Replacing Human Inbound Call Center?
A couple of months ago, I tried using my voice assistants to handle inbound calls and transfer them, but the experience wasn’t smooth - assitants breaking up, distortion, not transfering - Has anyone else tried setting up an inbound call center? Curious if you’ve run into performance challenges at scale. I’m still using humans — dying to replace them! Appreciate any feedback — thanks! 🤩
