QUESTION re: Website Scrape / Knowledge

I apologize if this has been answered somewhere but I search the group and didn't find it.

How do we train the AI voice assistant on a client website? On other systems I have used this was a very simple process so I assume it is easily done here too.

I want to setup AI Voice assistants to answer incoming calls, answer FAQ's about the business, and be able to speak about the business as if they were sitting in the office as an employee who has worked there for years.

Any help would be appreciated 🙏
