Post booking, assistant stops replying?!
Iam facing an issue where if a prospect books an appointment with the assistant and tried to change, reschedule or simply ask another questions, the assistant completely ignores the incoming messages. Keep in mind I’ve tried to turn off the ALLOW REENTRY tab in the WF and had it on but seems to give me the same output.
Any suggestions?
