Outgoing SMS bot with unique message?

Is there a way to trigger an SMS bot thru GHL to send out the initial SMS message and have it be unique every time similar to spintax in order to avoid carrier spam filters i.e. Hi John, Hello John, Hey there John.

Or does the first message need to be an automated message with Spintax and then the bot engadges on response?

If there is a way to have the bot do the Outbound SMS can someone point me to a video of the build or enlighten me?
