Need Help Structuring Usage Fees
Hi everyone,
Newbie here. I've decided to launch an ad agency (due to prospects' interest after showcasing demos of Assistable), and I’m working on my offer. For ad creation, I’m considering either UpHex or Plai (still deciding), with Assistable handling voice and messaging, and HighLevel for CRM.
As I put the contract together, I’m trying to clarify the usage fees. I’ve got the setup and monthly fees figured out, but I’m unsure how best to handle usage fees, especially as prices may change over time. For example, voice services are currently around 7 cents per minute, but that could increase. Messaging costs also vary depending on the segment, and there’s the additional cost for OpenAI usage.
Does anyone have suggestions for how to structure usage fees in a way that protects me if costs rise while staying fair to clients? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
