We have plenty of money in the account, GHL status of calls is showing successful, little green connection button showing for all subaccounts, no calls going through. I've tested in 7 subaccounts and tested 12 different assistants and no outbound calling. I can inbound call the numbers and assistant working fine. Should resetting O-Auth be the first thing I try anytime I'm having these issues or is it something else?
Yes, I submitted a support ticket but it's been doing this on and off since the compliance week and I'm just urgently looking for solutions. I uninstalled and reinstalled to try and reset everything. Still having issues.
