Getting AI to answer if service personnel does not pick up after 3 rings
I just DM as I saw him doing some magic with GHL automation in regards to call IVR, but figured that maybe someone else had luck setting this up. Here is what's needed:
When client calls, GHL rings the 4 technicians and if none of them pick up the phone, the call will be forwarded to the Assitable AI number effectively replacing voicemail. Anyone setup something like that?
So I know that I can setup one of the users to be the AI (their phone number is AI) but then there is difficulty since they pick up right away not letting other techs try and pick it up and I also had difficulty setting it up to work 24 hrs. as I guess it's not meant for regular person to work 24/7
