🛠️ Fixing Missed Emails in Voice AI Bookings with a text message
Sometimes your Voice AI books an appointment but misses the email – and then the client doesn’t get a confirmation or calendar invite. Not ideal.
Here's a simple fix that ensures everything still goes out:
✅ Workflow Steps:
- Trigger: Appointment booked
- Condition: Is the email missing?
- If email exists:→ Send confirmation email + SMS
- If email is missing:
→ Send SMS to ask for the mail
→ Wait for email input (or max 1 hour)
→ If still missing, send a reminder
→ Wait until email is available
If the e-mail gets known send the confirmation mail.
