DND Bot
Just built out an outbound voicebot (4o mini) that immediately calls when someone DND's off a text. The point is to make sure they really wanted to DND (often times, we find that they just get so many spam texts they opt out of everything. So this allows us to filter through people who still want to work with us).
Working like a charm right now.

Workflow would be:
- Trigger: Contact DND
- Filters: DND flag is: enabled for specific channels. DND Channel is: SMS
- Steps: 1) Assign to user 2) Make AI Call (insert the bot ID)
That should be it and you should be good to.
