Comments on IG/FB posts & GoHighLevel

Hey guys, I'm trying to integrate Assistable to my GHL account, and while doing so I found some problems, particularly the AI is unable to see the posts a particular comment is coming from.

I was wondering if anybody has faced this challenge before, and if there's a workaround I could use.
