Chatbot Latency Making Double Replies & Not Booking

Chatbot was taking 5 minutes to respond so I reset oauth. Now it only takes 30 seconds to respond (still slow) but it says "Thank you for calling Answer ai, how may I help you?"

Then says...

"Hi there! I'm Taylor, a sales representative from Answer ai. How may I help you today?"

Users asks to book a demo. Bot asks for email and preferred time.User enters email and preferred time.

No response from bot. User says hello. Bot responds "Of course! How can I help you today?"
