AI giving time slots that aren't available

Hey guys my assistant is giving times that are not available in my GHL calendar. Yesterday it gave someone an available time to book a same day appointment and I don't have that option open on the calendar. This has happened multiple times now.

Is this just an error in the prompting or something going on with the AI?
