Hi everyone I’m Katie, I’m really excited to join the group and will be at the boot camp next week. I don’t know about you, but over the last few years I have contemplated at least a dozen different business ideas, from personal trainer, dog trainer, going self employed as an electrician but all of these ideas had great elements but none of them could build the fire in my belly that property game has. This is the only avenue I’ll be running down. My goal is to deal source, find distressed properties in my area and work to get a BMV deal ready for an investor. Current step is learning to run numbers for a deal.
