Nice to meet you all!
Good afternoon all, I have joined this hub as a way to level up my property investment journey and connect with likeminded individuals.
My experience is with BTL’s and HMO’s, with commercial conversions being my next interest as well as project development and deal sourcing- if you can find the deal first, then you get first choice of whether to take it or pass it on!
