Looking for advice
Good morning, I’m seeking legal advice regarding a potential joint venture where the property owner is offering the use of his property to convert into an HMO, with the expectation that I handle the full refurbishment and ongoing management.
I need a legally binding agreement that clearly sets out the responsibilities, liabilities, profit share, duration, and all other relevant terms to ensure full protection for both parties. Could someone assist, please? Many thanks
