I almost gave up on property before it finally worked.

Not because I didn’t believe in property…

but because I couldn’t figure out how to fund it consistently.

I had the vision. I had the drive.

What I didn’t have was a reliable system to generate capital to reinvest. Every deal felt like starting from zero again, and that pressure nearly pushed me out of the game.

What changed everything was getting closer to the right collaborator. Someone who helped me build a system that actually worked for me, simple, scalable, and aligned with my long-term property goals. Once that piece clicked, momentum followed, and things finally started to move the way I’d imagined from the beginning.

Looking back, the struggle wasn’t wasted, it shaped how I think about income, leverage, and collaboration today.
