How did you fund your first property?
Hi everyone,
Would love to hear from everyone about how you managed to fund the purchase of the first property for your portfolio?
Was is it from your own funds, bridging loans, investors etc?
I hear that getting an investor would be the best way, however it seems so unlikely that an investor would invest in somebody who has no portfolio to show.
Would love to know your thoughts and experiences when just starting out.
